Jam-On Joint / Time After Time?
« on: November 24, 2011, 11:29:53 AM »
Hey Cozmo.
Is there any chance of releasing a restored version of this song. (Time After Time). I just love it and it's positive message. I have the demo version, but there is some tape distortion in the middle. It is one of my favorites in the old Demo's collection. I really wish it had gotten fully produced because it has such a good meaning and is very catchy. I think it would have gone well with the Jam On Revenge album because of the albums underlying positivity.
I know you have a lot on your plate right now, so this is more of a request for future projects. Keep movin' on brother! Talk to ya soon.

have been added to itunes! Coz, whattya gonna do bout dis?
Should we write boycott reviews? Someone should tell the people, who don't know, the truth about those fakers.
Just say the word, Cozmo. I've got plenty to say in comments on their albums.   :waiting:

Jam-On Joint / Hangin' out with my hero.

I just wanted to take a moment and brag about my meeting with some very cool people. Last week, I had the honor of meeting Cozmo and his wife, Lady E, at Foxwoods! Man, I never would have thought, back in the 80's, that someday I would be able to meet up with one of my most inspiring musical creators ever! Coz was very friendly and honest. We had a drink at the bar and talked about all kinds of stuff. He even let me take a picture with him, so that I could brag to my friends and family. I must say, I was a bit nervous at first. But, Coz treated me like I was his brother and I think that was one thing I will remember the most. This guy has got to be one of the most down-to-earth, honest and friendly guys one could ever meet. And I am glad that I had the great honor to finally meet someone who has inspired me since I was a teenager. Some might say that meeting an original member of an 80's funk band is no big deal. But to me, hanging out with Newcleus is a big-time huge deal!!! Coz, thanks for taking time out of your busy schedule to meet with one of the biggest fans of yours.
I hope I wasn't too annoying. I know I seemed to be a bit awkward sometimes, but I think I was a bit star-struck. Anyway, thanks again my friend!
Peesh kunosh! (See you later!)

PS: Coz, my girlfriends bowling high average IS 206! Ha ha ha! Not 289, what the hell was I thinking?

Jam-On Joint / An idea for your store...
« on: July 21, 2005, 07:55:20 PM »
Yo Coz'!
Hey, what do you think about producing a set of poseable action figures of the retro Newcleus gang. You know like the Todd Mcfairlane produced figures of 80's rock bands. I bet Newcleus would become quite the collectible! I can't believe that nobody made any hip hop group figures yet.  Could be a real trend setter! You could finally have something to showcase in your Jam On Store. (which I am still standing outside the front doors of, patiently waiting to be the first customer.) I just might pitch that one to Hasbro Mattel Corp. since they are about 20 minutes from me. I think I might even know someone who works there still.

Well, here it is! The rare music video of Jam On It! It's actually quite a short edit of the song, but hey it's better than nuthin', right??? You get to see Cozmo D, Chilly B, their ladies, and some pretty cool break-dancing by the little "wikki wikki" kids. I obtained this video on a DVD bought off the internet which contains many other vid's from that era. (that's right, I paid for it, but now I am sharing it with you! And I already got Cozmos' permission!) This is, by far, my favorite. I mean, it's really not very elaborate of a video, but It's great to finally see Jam On in live-action!!!!
I had to make the view size kinda small, in order to make it downloadable, but I will try to make a larger version for the future. But for now, enjoy! •Oh, and watch out for Cozmos' "super-breath"•

God bless and the dude who suggested using it!

Jam-On Joint / Neat Bio Website all about Newcleus Album Releases
« on: May 02, 2005, 11:20:02 PM »
I found this site a long time ago, while searching for more anything regarding Newcleus. Check it out. It's pretty nice. Plus you can swipe some nice Newcleus album cover art and pictures.

I was wondering if anyone knows anything about the jacket artwork for theses classic albums. I noticed that they are signed "Bob Camp"
Is this the same Bob Camp that works for Spumco (Background artist for the Ren & Stimpy Show)
Just curious.

Jam-On Joint / Extra T's E.T. Boogie ????
« on: March 29, 2005, 08:55:08 PM »
Yo Coz,
Is that a Newcleus jam??? I have seen this on ebay, but I'm not sure I ever heard it. That's wierd, since I am an avid collector of E.T. memoribilia, and Newcleus is my favorite music group. But I have never heard this??? How Ironic!

Jam-On Joint / Newcleus Music Videos?
« on: March 28, 2005, 09:12:34 PM »
:| Does anyone know if there are any Newcleus music videos on DVD available? I have one of "Jam On It" but it is hacked up to less than 4 minutes with much of the song edited out. It's like the short version that the pop music stations of the 80's would play when they did'nt want to allow "rap" on there program, but were forced to by demand. But, it's still cool that I have that video. But, I envision so much more when I here Newcleus. If there is no other videos, there should be. It's not too late to make them you know, I think retro is the thing right now. -At least in my own little world. Yah, I'm stuck in the 80's and I love it.
